SalvAide has patnered with the Algonquin College Social Services Workers Program for the past several years to send delegations of students as part of their educational program.  Students and faculty travel to El Salvador to continue long-standing solidarity partnerships with rural communities.  After witnessing the challenges faced by rural communities, students return to their studies in Canada with a greater insight into grassroots community development.  Plans are underway for the delegation's February 2012 trip.
