This yearly trip takes Ottawa-based primary and secondary school teachers to El Salvador for a chance to share first-hand the experiences of Salvadoran educators in rural El Salvador. Focussed on a pedagogical exchange opportunity in the northern community of San José Las Flores, the delegation builds solidarity among Salvadoran and Canadian teachers.
